Here are my thoughts.

Although I have not yet been able to actally experiance any play time on this server. I have a couple of good ideas that will help you get votes, more players, and an overall better experiance for the users.

First, let me introduce myself. I am Contact High, aka IceBreath, and I have been playing runescape for about 5 years, and private servers for about 2. I was one of the first to play on unviversal pvp before it was changed to websterscape. I played on near reality and a lot of other servers. I am not a big fan of voting and I won't do it, HOWEVER the number 1 server (Near Reality) offered a reward when you voted. It actually got me involved in voting because it helped the server, and benifeted the indivdual player instantly!

Second, please clean up your fourms, they don't look that good, and not very many topics that most players are farmilar with

Donations:

Now you have to take your donations into careful consideroration. The price of what you put your items for will effect rapescape's economy dramaticlly. Lets say a whip costs 10m, if you put a blue phat for 60$ in the donation the street price will only cost 60m.

Avalibilty - I have never seen a private server do this in my experiance, but you could only let a certian amout of people buy something before it is depleted, or you only have a certian amout of time to buy something before you can't buy it anymore. Or combine both of these for the hell of it and people will buy up fast!

Diffrent colours?! I really like the idea of making diffrent colour items avalible in private servers, the diffrent colour phats and whips, people would really like to have the option of having, ohh idk an orange phat? ^_^

Start off items - accounts should be given a reasonable amount of cash like 500k or something, something to train range, melee, and magic.

Pkp - This is a great system which allows you to get rewards per player you kill. Ags = 100 pks, ect

Prayer - In a lot of servers they have alters inwhich you can burry your dragon bones on for more xp, if you don't already have this I would like to see one Now think about how people are going to get bones, personally I like something easy where you can just click on a teleport and away you go to kill gaurds or something that drop dragon bones for some easy prayer, or you can make dragon bones apart of rapescape's economy by making them drop from dragons in the wilderness.

Monsters - Inclued a lot of bosses! all I've got to say (with a lot of drops)

Exp per hit - Not sure what the current exp rate is currently since I have not been able to play but I like about 1,400exp per hit for combat stats (about 1 to 2 hours per 99), not really sure what your going to do for skilling If you want my suggestions id be happy to help you set up a balanced method.

If there are any of the special bows that only the first 10 people on this server got, I would love to get one please?
